About the OC$ Give and Get Marketplace
Many people are familiar with the Facebook Marketplace platform. The OC$ Give and Get Marketplace is a platform on the Facebook system to support the OUR Community Dollar Program™. Active members at all levels can post one-off items for sale or post any items they may be searching for. Active and non-active members can review the offerings posted. Postings must accept a minimum of 10% OC$ for each transaction. Of course, the higher percentage of OUR Community Dollar™ acceptance the more likely a sale will result. In some cases, members might accept 100% OC$.
Do you have used furniture, DVDs, electronics, household items, and other offerings to sell? If so, then the OC$ Give and Get Marketplace is perfect for you! This would be a great location to announce members’ garage sales or pop-up events. Your event of course must accept a minimum of 10% OC$. The OC$ Give and Get platform can also connect seniors and others who may need support in some way. If you are a member who needs more OC$ currency, you might consider helping someone with lawn care or household maintenance. You might be able to drive someone to an appointment or assist someone who might need to pick up groceries.
